Gas-powered vehicles, especially Hydrogen-powered vehicles, place stringent demands on safety, organisation, and operational competence, particularly in development and testing environments. This training course provides the necessary knowledge for the safe handling of these technologies and is based on the requirements of DGUV FBHM-099 Level E.
Key topics include hazard identification, appropriate protective measures for operating and driving Hydrogen vehicles, as well as the organisational procedures for refuelling, the safety concept, and the fundamental structure of the vehicle, including the tank system and gas infrastructure.
Depending on the application and company requirements, customer-specific specifications and internal operating procedures can also be taken into account, for example, in connection with test vehicles or pre-production vehicles.
Note: For fuel cell vehicles with high-voltage systems, additional qualification in accordance with DGUV Information 209-093 is required.
- Identification features of gas-powered vehicles and test benches
- Hazards due to flammable gases
- Hazards due to pressurized gases
- Qualification levels required for working on gas systems
- The organization of safe working
- Vehicle-specific properties of gas-powered vehicles
- Refueling vehicles
- Notes on operating materials
