The legally compliant organisation for the safe operation of electrical or gas-operated systems is one of the central obligations of a company or Installation Manager. In order to meet this Operator Responsibility, a sound understanding of the relevant legal principles, areas of responsibility and delegation options to responsible persons such as system managers, Responsible Certified Electricians (VEFK) or persons responsible for work is required.
This training course provides practical knowledge of the legal framework in accordance with the German Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG), German Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV), DGUV Regulation 3 and DIN VDE 0105-100.
