This training course conveys content based on DGUV Information 209-093 Level 2E Entry A and creates a legally sound basis for handling high-voltage systems in Electromobility.
The first section of the training course focuses on the correct handling of measuring equipment and methods, as well as practical measuring exercises. Participants will learn about fundamental electrical quantities and practice measurements on HV components, batteries, or vehicles. The aim is to be able to assess the plausibility of measured values and to develop a sound understanding of measurement practice in the high-voltage area.
The second part of the training covers, among other things, the occupational health and safety system, organisational procedures, first aid, IT systems and associated protective measures. In addition, participants will learn how to correctly perform a Hazard Assessment, work instructions and training.
The content is reinforced through practical exercises on the commissioning and decommissioning of high-voltage systems. This provides participants with comprehensive qualifications for safe work on de-energised HV systems, particularly during commissioning, with a focus on testing the protective function and creating a test report.

This course is designed for individuals who independently perform specific tasks on HV systems at various stages of development. This includes all electrical work carried out in a de-energised state. Examples include:
de-energising the HV system, replacing HV components, and commissioning vehicles after repairs.
The content on the topic of occupational safety organisation prepares participants to take on specialist and management responsibility for a specific area.
You will learn:
- to work independently and safely on de-energised high-voltage systems
- to apply the fundamental occupational health and safety principles and the organisation when handling HV systems, including qualification requirements
- to measure current, voltage and resistance professionally and to carry out the corresponding measuring procedures safely
- to professionally assess measured values and evaluate their plausibility
- prepare hazard assessments in the context of electrotechnical work and derive suitable protective measures from them
