This training course delivers content based on DGUV Information 209-093 Level 1E and establishes the foundation for the legally compliant handling of HV systems in Electromobility.
Employees working in the vicinity of high-voltage systems require a solid basic understanding of the associated electrical hazards and protective measures. Participants in this training course will learn about the rights and obligations within the German occupational health and safety system and gain insight into the organisational processes of electrical safety in the workplace. The technical section provides comprehensive basic knowledge of high-voltage systems, including typical sources of danger, technical components and their basic functions.
A key objective of this qualification is to clearly define the permissible activities of a High-Voltage Instructed Person in accordance with the DGUV qualification level. The training course enables participants to act safely in the vicinity of high-voltage systems and to carry out permissible work in compliance with regulations.

This course is aimed at individuals who perform non-electrical work on vehicles or systems with a high-voltage system.
The aim of the training course is to instruct these individuals on potential hazards and protective measures, enabling them to perform their tasks safely and as intended.
You will learn:
- to understand and list the rights and obligations of managers and employees in connection with occupational safety and organisational procedures in accordance with the German occupational health and safety system
- to recognise potential hazards associated with electrical current, and to name and explain the corresponding protective measures
- to develop a fundamental understanding of high-voltage systems in vehicles, including an overview of high-voltage components and their functions
- to confidently assess the location and identification of HV components and cables in and on the vehicle
- recognize and correctly classify unauthorized work on the vehicle
- in the event of uncertainty, interrupt the activity and inform the qualified person responsible at Hochvolt
- describe the necessary protective measures for high-voltage systems in vehicles
- decommission the training vehicle safely and correctly
