Test benches pose a significantly higher risk potential compared to conventional production facilities. They often work with open circuits, high test voltages and changing setups, the test sequence of which is not always predictable. This places special demands on safe operation, the organization of conversions and the performance of tests.
This training course is aimed at certified electricians who work with test benches or who will be taking on responsibility for the operation, modifications and commissioning of such systems in the future. The aim is to impart the necessary expertise to be able to operate test benches safely, in compliance with standards and on their own responsibility.
A particular focus is placed on the requirements of VDE 0104 and DGUV Information 203-034, which specifically address the safety-relevant features of test benches. Participants will learn to identify typical hazards, to apply the relevant protective measures safely, and to organise operations in accordance with legal and normative requirements.
