Skilled Electrician for Defined Electrical Work - Focus On Test Bench

The safe operation of test benches requires not only technical understanding, but also a clearly defined qualification – especially when electrical work on equipment is carried out regularly. In such cases, qualification as a Skilled Electrician for Defined Electrical Work with a focus on test benches is required by law.

This basic training course qualifies employees without an electrical engineering background to independently perform recurring electrical activities that are defined and approved within the scope of work instructions. The tasks may include connecting, testing, or replacing components on test benches, and are carried out under the provisions of DGUV Regulation 3 and based on DGUV Principle 303-001.

The legal and safety-related principles, managing hazards from electrical current, appropriate protective measures, and basic electrical engineering knowledge are taught – all within the framework of a modular training concept. The basic training course usually lasts one week. Further training, tailored to your test bench and the specific activities defined, then takes place in-house or can optionally be planned with us as a separate advanced training course.

This qualification creates legal certainty and enables your employees to meet the typical requirements for handling test benches professionally, safely and in compliance with standards
