ITW Company Workshop in Mallorca – Three Days of Collaboration and Team Spirit

Last week, our team spent three intense yet inspiring days in Mallorca. With sunny weather and pleasant temperatures, the focus was not only on professional content but also on personal interaction and shared experiences.

The first day was marked by the arrival of participants and engaging presentations by senior management and the various departments. These presentations covered current developments, strategic topics, and provided insights into ongoing projects.

On the second day, a team-building event was on the agenda. The tour began in Palma and took us to Lluc Monastery and Sa Calobra, among other places. From there, we continued by boat to Sóller. A special highlight was the ride back to Palma on the historic narrow-gauge railway, the “Roter Blitz.” We wrapped up the evening together in a relaxed atmosphere. The day was full of memorable experiences and strengthened the team’s bond.

The third day was once again focused on technical topics. Colleagues presented on a range of subjects, including charging infrastructure, safety labeling, and our current training catalog. The in-depth discussion underscored once again how valuable collaborative initiatives are for the continued growth of our company.

Afterward, some team members took the opportunity to extend their stay in Mallorca and continue enjoying their time there.
